Two flagship projects,
one shared obsession.
A competitive gaming platform and the native tooling that plugs into it — designed, built, shipped, and operated end to end by one person.

MineMasters.pro
The competitive Minesweeper hub: unified leaderboards, tournaments, a lesson-driven trainer with a probability solver, PvP stats, and 15+ interactive apps — backed by Node.js APIs, MySQL, and real payment processing for an in-person championship.
Extension Chord
A mod loader for Minesweeper Online, shipped two ways: a Go installer that binary-patches Electron's app archive, and a Chrome/Firefox extension — with an Ed25519-signed auto-update pipeline and automatic rollback on failed boots.
The systems underneath
The parts you don't see: REST APIs, relational schemas, account systems with cross-platform identity linking, HMAC-verified payment webhooks, capacity gating with waitlists, and release signing. The backends live in private repos — the design decisions are in the case studies.
Sandcastles — building things for the joy of building them — plus Sall, the person doing the building. Look closely at the sky on this page: those are stars, but they fall like sand. That's the whole idea.
