Jesse playing pinball

Jesse Sall

full-stack developer · systems designer · sandcastle architect

Hello there! I build software the way some people build sandcastles: for the joy of it, but with surprisingly strong foundations. Patterns are my thing — in data, in system design, and on pinball playfields.

🏗️ What I do

I'm a solo developer who ships whole systems: the pages you see, the APIs behind them, the database schemas behind those, and the deploy pipelines behind everything. My biggest ongoing project is MineMasters.pro, the competitive Minesweeper hub, along with Extension Chord, a signed, auto-updating mod loader for Minesweeper Online. Both are live, in production, and used by a real community every day.

By background I'm a Business Intelligence developer — I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems, and gravitated hard toward the systems side. The accounting brain still shows up in my code: I like things that reconcile, verify, and balance out.

Interests & hobbies

When not shipping, you'll find me chasing Minesweeper personal bests, playing pinball at local arcades, or winning (occasionally) at trivia nights. I'm also the person who gets genuinely excited about an elegant schema or a well-organized spreadsheet, and I've made peace with that.

🧭 Goals & philosophy

Build things I enjoy. Learn tools I don't know yet. Keep at least three projects in various states of "almost finished" at all times — and actually finish the ones that matter. Sandcastles get washed away; the fun is in building the next one better.
